placing an order  You can place an order 24 hours a day by shopping online or by calling 510.356.7555. Once an order is received, an email will be sent confirming your order and to advise of the anticipated ship date. A second email will be sent once your order has shipped. All Samantha Edson items are crafted by hand. While many of our items are in stock, some are made to order. Please allow 4-5 weeks for delivery. shipping & handlingSamantha Edson ships via US Postal Service, Priority Mail. If shipping within the United States, your items will be delivered 2-3 days after receiving an email notifying you of the shipment. For International shipments, please call or email us. Customers are responsible for international duties, taxes and refused shipping charges. International orders are considered final sale and cannot be returned for credit.

returns policyWe are able to accept returns for exchange or credit within 30 business days of item receipt providing the item is in its original, unused condition. Samantha Edson is unable to accept returns for refund. Exchanges are subject to product availability. Exchanged items will be sent after the returned goods have been received.
We accept exchanges for items purchased directly through Samantha Edson. Products purchased through our retailers must be returned to the retailer and are subject to the retailer’s individual store policy. Unfortunately we cannot accept returns or exchanges on any special orders or international orders. Items must be returned with their original packaging in perfect condition. We cannot accept COD deliveries
care for your jewelryWe recommend that you store your pieces in the linen pouch provided with your purchase. Proper storage helps to prevent scratching of stones and metal. It is best to keep products away from extreme heat or moisture. We recommend applying perfume or other sprayed substances before putting on your jewelry. Through time and wear, sterling silver jewelry will tarnish. To polish, gently rub jewelry with a soft polishing cloth.
